FAQs: EZ-Dripless

EZ-Dripless Has Been Carefully Designed For Painters

1. How does the EZ-Dripless System speed up job time by up to 90%?

By converting your paint supply method from an open to a closed system and use of a Quick Disconnect Valve feature the user is no longer required to pull a paint saturated dripping feed line out  and clean it each time a paint change or water line purge is required, and then re-install it into the next color used to start spraying.  Also in START-STOP, Lunch Time, Quitting/Over Night situations, you can leave the valve connected.

All other cans equipped with our lid + proper hardware are also airtight, free from short term paint drying out or contamination situations that are experienced with the old open system method.

2. Will it really save hand and finger fatigue and injury?

Yes!  Our ERGONOMICALLY DESIGNED LID features are:  Longer side skirts with angles increased, extended relief cuts giving better leverage and requiring less lifting or pulling effort.  Lastly is our gently rounded and enlarged leading edge lip feature.  (This is the area your fingers contact when opening the lid)  These rounded edges disperse the load over a wider area not cutting into your fingers.  All of these features were incorporated into our lid for the users safety!  Helping to avoid injuries both on the job and long term!  Our Quick Release Valve was also ergonomically designed with large gently contoured hand and finger contact points for effortless use.

3. How many colors can I use?

The number of colors that can be used at one time on any job are only limited to the number of lids and their appropriate hardware that the user employs.

4. What is the EZ Purge Cap/Line Access?

First it's designed to insert your airless spray unit purge line when starting your paint or water flow.  We created the EZ-Purge Access Hole feature to enable the user to insert the gun spray nozzle into, either purge paint or water from the line spraying material back into the paint or water rinse bucket.  This feature saves time and material and keeps the rinse water in the rinse bucket and not just sprayed into the atmosphere or poured out at the jobsite.

5. Are the system pieces re-usable?

Yes!  All of our system parts were designed for easy cleaning and reuse.

6. Why is the lid hinged?

We designed our hinged lid to allow the user to quickly and easily add more paint or water (for rinse bucket) without having to pull the feedtube out (saving time and effort) and avoiding dripping.  Also when spraying into the purge hole the user can open the lid as necessary (away from themselves avoiding spray back in the FACE!

7. How is the EZ-System dripless?

By use of a Quick Disconnect Valve when disconnecting unit sealing is almost instantaneous.  With only possibly a mild wipe required across connecting surfaces.

8. Does the O-Ring really seal?

Yes!  We designed both the valve and receiver with not, the usual, One but TWO

O-Rings each to ensure Positive Sealing!
